"After 17 years of service,  I went out with a back injury on FMLA and I was fired for it.
I hired Michael to represent me. He was able to get my old job back, all my benefitrs reinstated and a cash award. I'm grateful for the legal service he provided, I'd hire him in a second again".

"I was denied unemployment benefits because I quit my job. I quit because my employer put me under duress by unfairly changing my job description and then falsely claimed I viplated a company policy. I think it was their goal to get me to quit so they would not have to pay out benefits. I appealed my initial unemployment denial and hired Attorney St.Louis. I was impressed at his ability to cross-examine the HR manager. By the time the hearing was over it was clear my employer and unemployment both acted unlawfully to deny my benefits.  Two weeks later I received all my back unemployment and was approved. Excellent lawyer!"

"Attorney St.Louis sent a cease and desist letter and threatened to file a lawsuit against my previous employer for giving me a bad job reference. They were giving out information as to the reason why I was fired. The HR department at my old job agreed to change my prior employment status and reason for being let go.  I was subsequently able to find a new job. Sometimes you need a good lawyer on your side dealing with employers, they seem to listen more!"
